
I saw this today. It’s true. Most of the time you won’t have time for what matters unless you make time for it. And you will always make time for what (and who) really matters to you.
I also like another related saying I heard. “Stop the glorification of busy.” That’s true. You don’t need to be overwhelmed all the time if you quit bowing to the tyranny of the urgent, find out what is most important, and go do that.
Maybe this is a wakeup call for most of us (including me) to reach out to the people we’ve been “too busy” to contact lately. Now’s as good a time as any to start.
